Exhausting Polo

SEasy: But instead of the usual paddle, I did a polo-style swim. It was lung-bursting. Water was churning wildly, getting into my nose, my ears and eyes. You really need to arch your back and kick to keep your legs up. It also stretches the shoulders so I'd imagine this is roughly how a first-time butterflier would feel. Maybe the fatigue from yesterday's driving (Nov.1) has set in. I couldn't manage a 100m free.
