I noticed that the last two fingers (ring and pinky) of my right hand sometimes slightly stiffen. This may be due to prolonged use of the mouse; of my habitual popping of finger joints; or maybe due to age. At any rate, the regular use of this grip exerciser may improve my right hand finger movement.

Grip Exercise while Walking
Today, I saw my Chinese-style hand gripper/ massager. And I thought of using it on my way out of the house. Since I've been walking almost everyday to get from our house to our service bus, why not use it while walking. That way, I get another thing done.
