Yey 6-Beat !

TEPTE: I still have some tightness at the nape area and so left out the final paddle. Today, I did a very good rhythmic 6-beat 2nd free lap. That's the good news. The bad news is it all went downhill from there. Maybe I should try launching the kick from different parts, eg, hips, thighs, etc. I attempted 6-beats for the 4 frees in between the first and last and it left me gasping. The first is warmup and the last is cooldown and they're just relaxed 2 or 4-beaters.

It began to rain after I got in the pool. But it felt just fine and the water wasn't cold. It wasn't so dark either so it was a pleasant swim. There's a new girl at the counter: Michelle. So it's now just Cecille and Michelle. The previous one was let off. I wonder why.
