Trimming long new growths from the Queen's Wreath or Sandpaper Vine.

73.9 kg today. Anne at the Fitness Challenge page asked me if I was really on a diet because of the amount of carbs in the food I eat. I answered that I like to eat.
Just to clarify, Intermittent Fasting is described by its proponents as an eating pattern and not a diet. Technically, there is no limit as to WHAT or HOW MUCH one can eat on IF. What needs to be observed are the fasting times.
