Spicy Seafood Instant Ramen, Lumpia Togue, Homemade Achara, Spicy Ginataang Tulingan and White rice.

Day 5 Workout:
Removing spent blooms from the beautiful Garlic Vine.

73.8 kg today. Pastor Toto at the Fitness Challenge forum asked me what site would be best to learn Intermittent Fasting. I answered that Dr. Jason Fung of Toronto explains the science of Intermittent Fasting quite well. You may find him in many youtube videos.

Other than his books on the topic, Dr. Fung doesn't make money out of IF or Intermittent Fasting. Dr. Fung is an established nephrologist in a hospital. He does not sell supplements or potions. The IF concept is easy to learn. No expensive programs, no equipment, no supplements to to buy.
