Fitness Challenge Day 6

Day 6 Breakfast:
Black coffee, Scrambled egg with onions and cheese pimiento, Sliced longganisa, LKK Soy Sauce, White Rice.

Day 6 Workout:
None. I needed to revise my Researching and Presenting speech, practice it and then deliver it at the BF Community TM Club Meeting today.

Day 6 Dinner:

Red wine mixed with brandy, Pork and beans, Sinigang na salmon sa miso and White rice.

Also, the cheesecake at the Cassalu restaurant at the BF Community meeting today didn't help me in this Fitness Challenge.
