Fitness Challenge Day 7

Day 7 Breakfast:
Fish balls in vinegar, Black coffee, Suman sa lihiya with latik, Brown sugar, Suman sa ibus and Suman malagkit.

Day 7 Workout:
None. Rest Day.

Weight Tracker

After going down continuously for 5 days, the weight rose today. I would attribute it to Cassalu's cheesecake (ha!ha!) in yesterday's Toastmasters club meeting, as well as the heavy dinner.
