Fitness Challenge Day 25


Day 25 Breakfast, 8 am:
A break from the usual meat dishes: Black coffee, LKK soy sauce, Sinigang na salmon sa miso and White rice.


Day 25 Lunch, 12:30 pm:
Taken after the Continental Manila TMC meeting: Kalabasa and sitaw, Tokwa't baboy special, Free soup, Lemonade drink and White rice.



Day 25 Workout:
Morning walk to 5:30 am Simbang Gabi. Driving to Continental Manila TMC.

Here it is again - the sticking point. Imagine, just a 0.2 kg decrease from yesterday. This is the part of the journey that is so difficult. It's the part where the downward trend goes into ultra-slow motion, where the gains (weight loss) are now almost grinding to a halt.

Because of the late breakfast at 8 am and the lunch at 12:30 pm, today's protocol was 19:5. We'll see how that figures out in tomorrow's weigh in.

Over at lunch today, I learned from Jeffrey Lim of Continental that he lost 14 lbs. over 3 months due to Intermittent Fasting. Wow. I observed from his lunch that he avoids rice and take little carbohydrates.
