Fitness Challenge Day 27

Day 27 Breakfast Part 1 at 7 am (above):
Black coffee, Chicken neck adobo, LKK soy sauce, Pritong Tilapia, Ripe mango and White rice.

Day 27 Breakfast Part 2 at 10:30 am:
Breakfast at Mary Grace Restaurant in ATC during a meeting with Pres. Ching: Cappuccino, Scrambled eggs, Chicken inasal, Fried rice and sidings. This would probably be my last Toastmasters-related meeting for the year.

Day 27 Lunch at 2 pm:
This was an unscheduled meal. This time, it was to taste my Kumareng Bebbot's Spicy Ginger Chicken she brought at the reunion.

Shown below: Wine/brandy combo, Mixed veggies with quail eggs (by Karen), Spicy ginger chicken, Ripe mango ensalada with tomatoes, cucumber and bagoong, White rice.

Desserts: Graham or Refigerator Cake

Day 27 Workout:
Morning walk to 5:30 am Simbang Gabi.

It looks like I paid dearly for the unscheduled dinner yesterday. Haha. I wonder how the unscheduled lunch today will show up tomorrow.

Today's protocol is again a deviation from the norm and was at 17:7. It's supposedly still better than the suggested 16:8. But that suggestion simply doesn't work for me presently.

Breaking the 70 kg barrier at this rate by Christmas is highly improbable now.
