Black coffee, Mini-siopao asado, Half ham-sandwich with chicken spread, Carbonara

Day 31 Breakfast Part 2:
Black coffee, Choco small bar, 2 Saging saba.


Day 31 Dinner:
Red wine, 2 siomai, gyoza, Togue veggies, Chicken longganiza, Homemade achara, White rice.




Day 31 Workout:
None. Still not feeling well and taking Bio-Flu. 😫
