Fitness Challenge Day 32

Day 32 Breakfast at 6:30 am (above):
Black coffee, Pandesal with ham and cheese, 2 pcs of Cashew tarts, 2 pcs mini-siopao, Siopao sauce. The dogs ate all the leftover rice from last night 😬, so it's just the Christmas sweets and treats for me this morning.

None. Still recovering.
