Day 47 Breakfast at 9 am (above):
Oatmeal, Longevity spinach, Black coffee, Bicol express, Salted egg with tomatoes, Hard-boiled egg with catsup, Pork higado and White rice.
Day 47 Snacks 3 pm:
Black coffee and Growers peanuts.
Day 47 Dinner 9 pm:
Red wine/brandy combo, Longevity spinach, Chicken liver adobo, Lechong paksiw, Crab and corn soup and White rice.
Day 47 Workout:
Usual morning walk.
My shoulders and back are sore from yesterday's exercises. I might just lie down today.

71.1 kg recorded at 6:00 am today. That's a 0.1 decrease. I was expecting more. It will have to take so much more now to push down that weighing scale needle.
