Day 46 Breakfast Part 2 at 10 am:
Black coffee, Pandesal with peanut butter, Peanuts.
Day 46 Workout:
Usual morning walk.
3 x 4 assisted pull ups.

71.2 kg recorded at 6:00 am today. It's exactly the same as yesterday. It isn't any better, not worse either. Amazing.
