Fitness Challenge Day 54

Day 54 Breakfast at 8 am (above):
Black coffee, Laing, Pork adobo, Instant noodles and White rice.

Day 54 Breakfast Part 2 at 9 am:
Black coffee, Pandesal with peanut butter and 2 pcs of Oreo cookies

Day 54 Workout:
Morning walk.
4 x 4 Assisted pull ups.
4 x 8 Hanging knee raises.

I've also been doing a couple of decompression exercises for my neck in the morning and evening. This is to alleviate the pain I started feeling from my Cervical Spondylosis.

Ohhh, what a nice dip! But then again, it's nearing the sticking point. Plus, the weekend (cheat days) is just around the corner! 😒
