Black coffee, Semi-ripe mangoes with sweet-spicy bagoong, Pork liver steak and Blue rice.
Day 59 Breakfast Part 2 at 9 am:
Black coffee and 2 pieces of cinnamon rolls.
Day 59 Workout:
Morning walk.

71.9 kg recorded at 6:00 am today.


It will be Day 60 tomorrow. That will be 2 months from the time I started this fitness challenge. It seems I've more or less reached a plateau at 71 kg. and it's difficult to break. Nonetheless, I'm happy with the amount of learning I'm reaping from this experience.
