Fitness Challenge Day 74


Day 74 Breakfast at 9 am (above):


Day 74 Workout:
Morning walk.
1 x 5 Assisted Pull Ups
1 x 10 Hanging Knee Raises

I didn't have much time to exercise today as we had to go to the SSS office. I've incorporated a slight variation to my morning walks though.

For a week now, I've been doing lateral arm raises in cadence to my walking. Well, today, I wore my old wrist weights to work out my shoulders more.

My right shoulder is completely healed. But just to be safe, before I go out, I do my shoulder internal and external rotations.

During walks, the lateral arm raises are alternated with bicep curls when my shoulders fatigue. The wrist weights are too light for bicep curls, but still makes them contract more.

With lateral raises, I take extra precaution by having palms forward, or thumbs up, when my lateral raises reach shoulder height. At the point that palms reach together, they face each other into an imaginary clap. Works for me.
