Day 75 Breakfast at 8 am (above):
Free soup, Greens, Lechong paksiw, Chicken afritada, Black coffee and White rice.
For a couple of nights now, I mixed a bit of coffee with some brandy to drink while the family is having dinner. The brandy relaxed me a bit and made me feel warm and cozy during the cool nights.
Day 75 Workout:
Morning walk.
AM: 4 x 5 Assisted Pull Ups, 4 x 10 Hanging Knee Raises
PM: 3 x 5 Assisted Pull Ups, 3 x 10 Hanging Knee Raises
The first day of using wrist weights yesterday fatigued my shoulder muscles. I had a good night's sleep last night maybe because of this (or was it the brandy?). This morning, there was tightness in the shoulders. So today, I walked without the wrist weights.
Instead, I relied on shoulder stretches as I walked and the stretching felt really good. I also stretched the scapula and the lats. For the time being, it would be better to alternate the wrist weights walking and the stretch walking. That means one day of working out the shoulders and the next day for rest.
