Fitness Challenge Day 43

Day 43 Breakfast at 8 am (above):
Black coffee, Longevity spinach, Fried egg, 1 pc. Chicken nugget with mayo, Lechong paksiw leftover from New Year, Salted egg and tomatoes, Ripe mangoes, Sweet bagoong and White rice.

Day 43 Workout:
Nothing. Too lazy to do anything.

73.0 kg recorded at 6:00 am today. I swear, this jump of almost 2 kgs had something to do with the Cassalu buffet and the Sigsaga Korean buffet over the weekend. It's the biggest spike so far. Haha!
