Day 44 Breakfast at 8 am (above):
Pork spare ribs afritada, Longevity spinach, Black coffee, Tocino with tokwa, Sweet bagoong, Ripe mangoes, Grapes from the New Year, Oatmeal and White rice.

Day 44 Workout:
Just the usual morning walk.

71.5.0 kg recorded at 6:00 am today. Whoa! Just like that and I lost the almost 2 kgs that I gained over the weekend. That is so amazing.
